  • We always start with a free assessment meeting (in person or by videoconference) to identify your needs. This is followed by an analysis of your current digital presence. We then propose a clear strategy and action plan. You have the freedom to choose the services according to your priorities and budget.

Costs, billing and budget flexibility

  • Our pricing is tailored to your needs and business objectives. Each project is evaluated according to its complexity, the resources involved and the scope of the mandate. We offer flexible models: by the hour, by the project or as a monthly package.

  • Yes, we offer customized monthly packages for recurring services such as SEO, advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), or content creation. This gives you greater cost predictability and regular performance monitoring.

  • Absolutely. We know that every company's reality is different. We tailor our recommendations to your budget and your ability to invest. The important thing is to build a sustainable and profitable strategy, even on a small scale.

  • We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, direct deposit, cheque or cash. Invoicing is generally done at the end of each month or at the validation stage of a deliverable, as agreed.

  • No. Transparency is a core value at Planning Media. All our offers are clear and detailed, and you know right from the start what you're paying - no unexpected costs, ever.

  • Yes, our approach is flexible and agile. If your needs change, we adapt our actions and timetable, always in collaboration with you. You remain in control of your budget and priorities.

  • The advertising budget is paid directly by the customer, via their own credit card, on each of the platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). This gives you total control over your ad spend and direct access to your accounts.

    Campaign management costs (strategy, creation, optimization, follow-up) are invoiced separately by Planning Media, according to the agreed pricing model.
